Booking Policy:
We operate on a first-call basis.
50% required to reserve with balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Exceptions (less than 50% deposit) permitted on a case-by-case basis.
Payment:
We prefer payment by personal check (drawn on US bank account). International wire transfers accepted. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for non-discounted rates. Discounted rates are published as cash (check) prices, and 3% handling fee applies when using credit card to pay for discounted stays.
